Herbert A. Spitzer, Jr., was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mr. Spitzer served as a Law Clerk for the Appellate Court of Indiana (1964-65) and additionally serves as counsel to the City of Marion, Indiana (2007 – present). He has been a Certified Civil Mediator. He is a member of Phi Delta Phi fraternity, Grant County and Indiana State Bar Associations, and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. Mr. Spitzer focuses his practice in probate and estate planning, elder law, real estate and zoning, corporate law, and municipal law.
