JOSEF D. MUSSER

Josef Musser concentrates his practice in personal injury litigation and defense, probate administration and litigation, creditor's rights, general civil litigation and trials, mediations and arbitrations.  He represents individuals, corporations and insurance companies, including representation of local government and non-profit corporation clients.

Mr. Musser has been active in community service as a volunteer and board member of numerous local, non-profit charitable organizations.

Mr. Musser received his bachelor's and law degrees from Indiana University, Bloomington.  He is a member of the Grant County and Indiana State Bar Associations, and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana.

Mr. Musser was born and resides in Marion, Indiana, and has four adult children and two grandchildren.  He enjoys playing golf, running, current affairs and the arts.
