Scott J. Hunt is an associate in the firm concentrating his practice in family law, estate planning, probate, creditor’s rights, and civil litigation.

While Mr. Hunt was attending law school, he served as a certified legal intern for the Grant County Prosecutor’s office, assisting with juvenile and criminal non-support cases.  Since joining the firm in 2009, Mr. Hunt has been privileged to serve his clients by representing their interests vigorously in court and working with them to plan and prepare for their futures.

At Indiana Wesleyan University, Mr. Hunt was a member of the tennis team for four years.   He currently serves as his church’s treasurer, as a member of his church’s Deacon Board, as a board member of Gilead Ministries, and as his children’s coach in soccer and basketball.  Mr. Hunt is married to Allison (Rarey), and they are the proud parents of four children.
