Charles E. Herriman was was admitted to the Indiana Bar in 1966. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. His preparatory education includes Franklin College of Indiana (A.B., 1963) and Indiana University School of Law (LL.B., 1966). Mr. Herriman served as Chief Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Grant County, Indiana, 1968-1969, and Assistant Corporate Counsel for the City of Marion, Indiana (1969-1971). He served on the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association for many years. He is a member of Grant County (Past President), Indiana State and American Bar Associations and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers. Mr. Herriman has concentrated his practice in commercial and medical litigation, transactional law (including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures), real estate and business succession/estate planning. He has been recognized in Indiana Super Lawyers (general litigation) magazine as published by Law & Politics magazine (2010 and 2011).
