Michael D. Conner is a partner in the firm who concentrates his practice on civil litigation, medical malpractice defense, education law, corporate law, creditor’s rights, and medical licensing.

Mr. Conner has represented individuals, businesses, school systems, banks, credit unions, and insurance companies in a broad spectrum of matters and forums, including administrative agencies, mediations, and both state and federal courts throughout Indiana.

Mr. Conner is a registered civil mediator and also serves as a medical review panel chairman in medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Conner has been active in the community as a Grant County Councilman, an actor in Marion Civic Theatre productions, a member of the board of Gilead Cancer Ministries, and a writer.  His published works include presentations at continuing legal education and risk management seminars and a book about his faith:  “I Sing a New Way.”

Mr. Conner is married to Dixi Fischer Conner, and he has one adult daughter, Michaela Conner.
